  • Free phone is for service more than 6 months. If customer cancels in under 6 months they must return phones or pay cost (our cost $150 per phone)

How does the 30-day free trial work?

The RingRx free trial allows you to test the complete medical answering service for 30 days. You’ll get the same quality of service that we offer all our clients. If you chose not to use RingRx as your VoIP phone system, simply return the phones and you will never be billed.

Are there any installation costs or servers to buy?

None and each account gets up to 5 free high-quality desk phones. You will need an Internet connection, as is required for all VoiP phone systems.

Are there really no contracts or obligations?

That is correct. There are no contracts. You pay as you go and can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time without fees or penalties.

How long does it take to get up and running?

Because everything is handled in the cloud without old legacy phone systems, it takes an average of 6 days for you to be fully operational.

Once you start your free trial, we’ll call you before setting up your account and shipping your desk phones.

You’ll get your phones within 7-10 days, we’ll give you a hands-on training (1 hour) and you’ll be good to go.

Yes, every account gets free desk phones which we program for you. You’ll receive them within 2-5 days of opening your account.

How do you help our calls get through Caller ID Block?

One of the advantages of using the RingRx Mobile App is that it allows you to place calls as though you are calling from your office. So the number displayed on your patient’s phone will be that of your office.

Will you train my team?

Yes, we can come to your office or conduct the 1-hour training session with your team via web conference.

That’s normally all it takes to start using RingRx, but we’ll always be available for help through phone and web support.
